Nishi Singh, Director of Art Vintaage (an initiative of Sparsh) and Sparsh NGO came forward to support and celebrate the girl child and women empowerment at an event highlighting the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao flagship programme of the Ministry of Women and Child Development. At the occasion, well-known fashion designer Sanjana Jon, who's also an activist against female foeticide, launched the song dedicated to women empowerment by Shibani Kashyap and American reggae band Big Mountain. The song titled 'Dil Ki Baaton Ko Zubaan Pe La' talks about expressing yourself without apology.
The event, which took place on Monday, 3rd April, at Playboy Club, CP, was attended by eminent personalities like Shankar Sahney, Kamal Sabri, Shalini Arora Kochar and Gouri Shankar Kalia.

Committed to the cause of preserving and reviving the rich cultural art of India, Arts Vintaage (an initiative by NGO Sparsh) recently organized a captivating play 'Jis Lahore Nai Vekhya o Jamyai Nai' in association with Naad Foundation at Sri Sathya Sai Auditorium, Delhi. We are delighted to share that The Pioneer newspaper published an article on this beautiful play on 19th of December to applaud the enthralling performance of the young artists from the renowned and talented Asmita Theatre Group. Recognizing our cause of putting the old world charm and charisma on rewind, the popular newspaper referred to the play as an 'emotional journey of the protagonist who is able to transform people for whom humanity has become secondary'.

ARTS VINTAAGE & NAAD FOUNDATION ORGANIZE A HEART-WRENCHING PLAY

To present the old world charm and charisma in a beautiful array of hues and emotions, Ms. Nishi Singh, Director - Arts Vintaage, organized a heart-wrenching play 'Jis Lahore Nai Vekhya o Jamyai Nai' in association with Naad Foundation at Sri Sathya Sai Auditorium, Delhi. The event was witnessed by many renowned dignitaries like Shri Manoj Tiwari (Delhi BJP Chief), Shri Rajiv Shukla (Chairman - Indian Premier League) and Shri K.K. Sharma (DG - BSF).

Performed by the renowned and talented Asmita Theatre Group, this popular play by Shri Asghar Wajahat was meticulously directed by Shri Arvind Gaur. The gifted artists brought the play to life with their enthralling performance to emotionally showcase the universal brotherhood, cutting across barriers like religion. Highlighting the train and tribulations of the common people through the story of an old Hindu woman who is left behind in Lahore during the 'partition', the story revolves around her eternal bond with a Muslim family, displaced from Lucknow. The audience was deeply touched with the narrative and their admiration towards the powerful act was clearly visible in their damp eyes.

Regretting that they have only one life to sacrifice for their country, our brave soldiers face come what may, to keep their motherland and its people protected from enemies. Firmly believing that there can be no better day than our '71st Independence Day' to commemorate this passion of our army martyrs, Arts Vintaage (an initiative by NGO Sparsh) recently organized an overwhelming initiative - 'Ek Shaam Shaheedon Ke Naam' at the India Islamic Cultural Centre. Mrs. Nishi Singh, Director - Arts Vintaage, spearheaded this beautiful event to sensitize the youth towards the sacrifices of those, without whom breathing in the ethos of freedom wouldn't have been possible.
Featuring a pleasant and captivating evening of dance and music, this event was organized in collaboration with the famous Naad Foundation. Special performances by Mrs. Nishi Singh, Mr. Shankar Sahney and Ms. Divyanshi, plus presence of several VIPs including Mrs. Sudha Gupta (Chairperson - Mother's Pride & Presidium), Mr. Udit Raj (Parliament Member - BJP), Master Rahul Jain (Popular Child Artist) and Mr. Mohsin Khan (MD - Prime News), added to the grandeur of this exquisite event. Remembering our national heroes amid spectacular performances by talented students of Presidium School, 'Ek Shaam Shaheedon Ke Naam' was a mesmerizing experience that filled the audience's hearts with melange of love, patriotic fervour and devotion towards our nation.

DILKASH INTERNATIONAL ART EXHIBITION:MESMERIZING WORKS AT DISPLAY

To put mesmerizing works of various renowned senior Indian artists, the Dilkash International Group Art Exhibition was recently organized by Ms. Erum Khan at Artizen Art Gallery. Ms. Nishi Singh, Director - Arts Vintaage (an initiative by NGO Sparsh) participated in this grand art exhibition with other gifted artists from different parts of the country, including Padam Shree and Padam Vibhushan Ram V Sutar Ji (Eminent Sculptor and Vice President of AIFCAS) and Shri Syed Afsar Ali Nizami (Chief In-Charge of Dargah Hazrat Nizamuddin). Lighting the lamp with these honourable prodigies, Ms. Nishi Singh also indulged in a brief discussion on the present scenario of art. Arts Vintaage Allies With Art Tree To Uphold Traditional Arts

Committed to the objective of reviving, preserving and promoting India's diminishing art forms, Arts Vintaage recently joined hands with Art Tree. Ms. Nishi Singh, Director - Arts Vintaage, recently attended the inauguration of a painting exhibition hosted by Ms. Pragati Agarwal, Director - Art Tree, at Bikaner House. An initiative to promote traditional art and artists related to the art form 'Phad', the event was graced by several eminent foreign ambassadors, art maestros and renowned personalities from different fields. Mr. Kalyan Joshi, son of Shrilal Joshi Ji (Founder of Chitrashala, a pioneer institute for training in different styles of painting of Rajasthan, especially Phad painting), warmly met Ms. Nishi Singh and together, the dignitaries had a fruitful interaction about this mythical heritage of Bhilwara, Phad. Beautifully performed by Bhopa and Bhopi on the occasion, the captivating art form simply mesmerized the audience!

Ms. Nishi Singh, the Honourable Director of Arts Vintaage (Sparsh) was recently invited as the ‘Guest of Honour’ for the launch of the prestigious ‘Heart & Soul Women Rising’ Club. Offering a unique platform to professional, successful and enterprising women achievers, the club’s instigation ceremony was organized on May 14, 2017 at Hotel Shangri-la, New Delhi.
To salute the celestial power of motherhood, the club acknowledged Ms. Singh with the most celebrated ‘Super Mom’ award, along with other successful mothers renowned in different streams of society for beautifully managing to raise their children. These famous celebrities included Ms. Amanpreet Wahi (model, former Miss Asia and winner of Gladrags Mega Model competition), Ms. Jai Madan (popular astrologer and TV face), Ms. Bharti Taneja (noted cosmetologist and entrepreneur) and Ms. Rita Gangwani (motivational speaker, pageant coach and author).
